If you are signed in: delete it yourself
Open your account settings and use the Delete account panel. You will be asked to type your account email address and the word DELETE to confirm. Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in: request deletion
Fill this in and it will open a pre-written email to our support inbox. We verify that a request comes from the account holder before anything is deleted, so send it from the email address on the account where you can.

How long it takes
- Deleting from your settings: immediate. Your account and content are removed as soon as you confirm.
- Emailed requests: we acknowledge within 3 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days of receiving them.
What gets deleted
Deletion is permanent. Download anything you want to keep before you start — we cannot restore it afterwards.
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile — name, email address, and account settings
- Every song, vocal track, and cover you generated
- Every video, music video, and short film you generated
- Every image you generated, including cover art
- Media you uploaded — audio, images, and video
- Your voice clones and the voice training data behind them
- Your projects, library items, and anything you shared to the community feed
- Remaining credits and your saved billing link (any active paid subscription is cancelled first)
What we keep, and for how long
- Support requests you sent us stay in our operational history, but they are stripped of your name and email and relabelled as a deleted user.
- Administrative audit records keep the fact that an action happened, without your identifying label.
- Billing and tax records we are legally required to keep, held only for as long as the law requires.
- Copies inside backup archives, which are isolated from any further processing until deletion is possible.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, no purpose described there requires us to keep your personal information for longer than one (1) month past the termination of your account. Where information cannot be deleted immediately because it sits in backup archives, we isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
